Online Coaching Packages

Because of My commitment to customized coaching, I limit the number of athletes I coach. I ask my athletes to commit to the coaching for the entire season. This way, I can establish the goals that we are working towards. In order to achieve these goals, we establish smaller goals to accomplish throughout the season.

I take this information to build your specific, customized training plan. Each time you log your workout and nutrition on Training Peaks, I receive an email which helps me keep track of your progress. At the end of each week, I evaluate your workout and nutrition performance. Working from your season plan, I assign new workouts for the following week.

Workouts: If you would like to work out with me on a regular basis, in addition to online coaching, you have a few options:

Ironman/Half Ironman Online Coaching – $100 set-up fee plus $220/month (9-month minimum.)

*Athlete is responsible for guest/entry fees to facilities or parks

Sprint & Olympic Triathlon Coaching – $100 set-up plus $220/month (3-month minimum.)

Ironman/Half Ironman Online Coaching+ Workout with Coach Sarah $100 set-up fee plus $320/month (9-month minimum.)
